WaterMarke was our agent (Tami Glover). She did a wonderful job representing us as buyers and assisting in the contractural matters for a purchase that went very smooth. It is obvious that she knows our Queens Harbour and her guidance was spot on. Robert Glore, also with WaterMarke, was a godsend. We hired him to be our Project Manager, He ran the refinishing and provided all of the contractors that worked on our house (total paint, all new flooring on the main level, tearing out a divider wall to create a new office (included demolition, relocating HVAC vents, reworked electrical outlets and lighting, patching and painting, and new flooring mentioned above) and always provided access to other vendors for a new floor and cabinets in the garage, HVAC replacement, and a pool heater replacement, The best part was the speed in which everything was done…basically everything was complete in 2 months after closing. And Robert was always available and always took our calls. He was Mr. Reliable!! We would use both Tami and Robert again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend both of them.

We worked with Tami for several months as we searched for our perfect “forever” home. She always had time for us, was a fountain of information on all the various aspects of the areas we searched and had an infectious positive attitude. Tami made us feel as if we were her only clients, and nothing else mattered except finding us the perfect home. We have dealt with many Realtors, buying and selling homes in our careers, but Tami is a rare breed of Agent. She has an energy that is off the charts, is detailed oriented, friendly, but tenacious. When we did finally find a home, Tami proved her expert negotiating skills. She followed up and kept us informed on every aspect of the closing process, making sure things progressed as planned. It was a relief and pleasure working with Tami during this sometimes stressful period. However, we could relax knowing Tami was on top of everything from soup to nuts. If you are looking for a professional, down to earth, easy to communicate with Realtor, I can say with all sincerity, you won’t do better than Tami Glover.
